My First Day in High School

Summer has finally ended. It has been two months that I've enjoyed my summer vacation in Leyte, our beloved province. Now, class is starting already, so I have to focus and take it more seriously. It feels good that I am now second year student. For this school year, may God bless me and guide me as I go along my path in facing all the challenges that I'll be encountering.
My first day in school was a little bit tired because it's difficult to find my name to what section will I belong. Thanks to my friend who helped me in searching my name from the lists. Finally, I've seen my name in section sunbird. As I enter the room, I've seen a lot of new faces--transferees and retainers. I'm glad I've seen my fellow classmates when I was in first year and still were classmates this year. We've cleaned our messy room and then after, we introduced ourselves, getting to know more each other.
As a second year student, it is expected that I'll be facing a more challenging and difficulties of a life of a student. I'm sure I'll be going home tired everyday. I should be more studious right now especially our exams, assignments and projects will be getting more tough. I'ts unquestionable that our teachers right now were strict in order to discipline us and to respect them as well. My first impression to my adviser is that she is a little bit strict but later on, I've observed that she's not that so strict but rather nice and knows how to deal to her fellow students. This year, I'm expecting a revised, strictly organized rules and obligations because we know the fact that students right now are getting more naughty and difficult to handle with.
To all the students, good luck to all of us! Let's break a leg! We must also bear in our mind that the great aim of education is not knowledge but actions.
